I think that when you delete a comment because of a typo or whatever, it should just DELETE it -- not leave the silly 'there used to be a comment here but we're not going to tell you what it was or who said it'. I wonder if thats a lawyer thing?
Anyway, resolutions. Every year, you see people make the old joke - "This year I resolve to eat too much chocolate and get almost no exercise at all". I think that resolutions work best when they fit the standard model of how you manage workflow -- specific, measurable, time-oriented. Short term and renewable, too. We KNOW we're going to blow it for some, but if we keep it tight and limit the scope, the chances for success are better, I think.
