We're happy to report that baby does not have a fever this morning. Fingers crossed that this has passed.Fingers further crossed that the redness the doctor saw in her ear yesterday doesn't turn into a raging ear infection.

I don't think our daughter ever had an ear infection -- if so, it was pretty brief -- but I remember the feelings of terror when she'd spike a fever. Even 'knowing' that a kid can safely handle a higher temp than an adult didn't help. But she's so small!, I'd think. Remember taking her into the bath with me, just to cool her down.
Bet I could freak her out with that bit of knowledge now!
Yeah! Woohoo! Fingers crossed the ickiness has succumbed to her cuteness!
